I ordered this bag as an alternative to large hard shell suitcase. I like it, but you must be prepared to carry a significant amount of weight on your shoulders. fully packed this bag can be heavy. While you o.k. with this, it is certainly more durable through the baggage claim and then some hard-sided cases.
